Owner of  Kadiza Hair Studio for 4 years since opening. She started her training at Monterey High School in 2002. Has now been doing hair for 5 years. She has competed in many state and nationwide competitions. Her honors include 1st place at the National competition in 2003. Then competed the next year in the Orlando Premiere Show, and took 6th place out of 87 participants from all around the nation. In 2005 was invited to train and compete for the World Skills in Helsenke, Finland. Then again in 2007 for the Word Skills in Japan and came in 1st place tie. She really enjoys creating and designing outside the box. She believes the the key to success in the hair industry is to never stop learning, and always try new things. Natalie believes in using the upmost quality of products. She has taken on the Goldwell line to better serve the customers of Kadiza with only the best! As an expert in cutting and coloring she believes that to achieve the total look, both must be performed by one's vision in mind. She loves to accept a challenge and always is furthering her knowledge in the industry's top skills.

When not doing hair or running a business, she enjoys spending time with her Husband Nick and traveling. Also spending time outdoors with her two Weimaraners.
